Carers Together Wiltshire is a partnership between Age UK Wiltshire,听Community First, Alzheimer鈥檚 Support, Wiltshire Service Users Network, Citizens Advice听Wiltshire听and Wessex Community Action,听under the umbrella,听鈥楥arers Together Wiltshire鈥�.听This partnership provides tailored support听to听the thousands of people across Wiltshire identified as a听carer.听

Carers Assessments
Carers Together Wiltshire undertake Carers Assessments for those residing in the Wiltshire area. If you鈥檙e over 18 and provide regular unpaid care for someone, you鈥檙e entitled to a carer鈥檚 assessment. It doesn鈥檛 matter how much or what sort of care you provide, this assessment is
