The Diabetes Care Team gives advice and support to people with diabetes and their families and carers.
By car: Enter hospital site at Entrance A. Take the first right hand turning.听
By bus: Alight at Main Entrance (third stop). Walk past the main entrance and up the hill, following the signs.
There is no door to enter by because the Diabetes Centre is a stand-alone small building.
