Emma has been a midwife since 2006

Â鶹¹ú²ú has an amazing unit to work in. The support is out of this world, the team are so kind and welcoming. I've never wanted to work anywhere else. Love the job. Love the team.

It was via friends' recommendations that I applied to work for the Trust...

I am proud of the level of service we provide for our community...

The team have delivered exemplary care to a wide range of often complex and vulnerable patients, who would in many circumstances had no other option for receiving care.

Leaders actively encourage career progression...

Since I began, my line manager has inspired me to explore what I feel would benefit not only the patients but myself moving forward in my new position. As a result, I have attended many courses and gained skills which in turn have helped me support patients.

Juliet has been a midwife for over 30 years

I have worked at Â鶹¹ú²ú three times in my career. I keep coming back!! The unit is small, friendly and offers the greater opportunity for individualised care for women.

Melanie Whitfield, the Trust's Chief People Officer says:

We want our staff to be fulfilled and happy in their roles. Our 90 day and 1 year listening events help us to reflect with new starters on how we can continue to improve induction and onboarding.
